Refund and Cancellation Policy

WorkTrail Refund and Cancellation Policy

How the 3-month free period, subscription cancellation, failed payments, refund review, annual plans, and taxes work for WorkTrail.

3-month free period

Public WorkTrail signup includes 3 months free with payment set up front. The payment method is collected so the subscription can continue after the free period unless it is canceled or changed before renewal.

If you do not want the paid subscription to start, cancel before the first paid renewal date shown in Zoho Billing or your subscription management path.

Cancellation before renewal

You may cancel before a renewal to stop future subscription charges. Cancellation does not delete company records by itself, and it does not change any prior charges, taxes, or separately agreed work.

Monthly plan cancellation

For a monthly plan, cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. Unless Contractor Logic states otherwise in writing, access may continue through the paid billing period already purchased, and the already-started monthly period is not automatically refunded.

Annual plan cancellation and refund review

For an annual plan, cancellation stops the next annual renewal. Refunds for an annual plan after the paid term has started are reviewed case by case. Contractor Logic does not promise broad automatic annual refunds unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

Failed payments and access limitations

If a payment fails, Zoho Billing or Zoho Payments may retry the payment, mark the invoice unpaid, or show account notices. Contractor Logic may limit, pause, or suspend access when a subscription is unpaid, disputed, canceled, or otherwise not in good standing.

Custom setup, consulting, and other work

Fees for already-used custom setup, onboarding, consulting, data cleanup, special configuration, or other non-subscription work are not refundable unless Contractor Logic explicitly agrees otherwise in writing.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated and handled through the billing/payment system. Tax amounts may depend on location, plan, rules in effect at the time, and information provided during checkout. Refunds, if approved, may not always include taxes that cannot be recovered or credited.

Refund review contact path

To request cancellation help or refund review, contact Contractor Logic through the public contact page and include the owner email, company name, subscription plan, invoice or payment date, and a short explanation of the request.
